The shop menu is the most important part of the app. It's the page that customers will use to browse for products. As such, it's important that the menu is easy to navigate so that customers can find the products they are interested in as quickly as possible.
Creating a shop menu
To create a shop menu, all you have to do is the following:
Create menu items by clicking '+ ADD NEW ITEM'.
Give each menu item a title.
Link each menu item to a collection (optional).
Upload images for each menu item (optional).
Drag and drop menu items to their desired location.
π‘ Pro Tips:
You can nest menu items up to 3-layers deep.
βIf you leave the title blank and add a link to a collection, the title will auto-fill with the linked collection title.
βIf you add a link to a collection and the collection has an image in Shopify, we will fetch the image for you. However, you can replace the image with a custom image of your choice.

Search, Filtering & Merchandising
It's vital that customers can find the products they are interested in as quickly as possible. As such, it's important to have good search, filtering and merchandising solutions.
1. Search
The search bar is located at the top of the shop menu and allows customers to search for products across all of your collections.
2. Filtering
The filter icon is located in the top right-hand corner of the collection page and allows customers to filter products within the collection according to predetermined attributes.
π‘ Pro Tip:
If you are using Shopify filtering using product tags, let us know and we can set-up the same filters for you on the app.
3. Merchandising
Unless you are using a 3rd party merchandising integration, products will be displayed in the same order that they are listed in the Shopify collection.
