Thanks to the Venn Apps multi-language editor, you can translate your app into as many languages as you like on our Enterprise plan.
1. Activating multi-language support
In order to activate multi-language support, you will need to be on the Enterprise plan. Once you are on the Enterprise plan, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:
Go to Editor -> Settings -> Languages
Enable multi-languages
Select the additional languages that you would like to support

Please reach out to our team if you can't find a language that you would like to support on the app.
2. Translating the app
Once you have activated multi-language support, you will need to translate each part of the app into each languages that you would like to support.
A) Translating the homepage
In order to translate the content on the homepage, follow these simple steps:
Click on the multi-language editor in the top right-hand corner of the homepage editor.
Select the language that you'd like to edit.
Click on a module.
Edit the content.
Changes will save automatically.
Publish changes once you are ready to go live.
π‘ Pro Tip:
When using the multi-language editor, changes you make will only affect the version of the homepage that you are currently editing.
B) Translating the shop menu
In order to translate the menu item titles in the shop menu, follow these simple steps:
Click on the multi-language editor in the top right-hand corner of the collections menu editor.
Select the language that you would like to edit.
Translate each menu item title.
Save changes.
Publish changes once you are ready to go live.
C) Translating the bottom tab menu
In order to translate the titles on the bottom tab menu, follow these simple steps:
Click on the multi-language editor in the top right-hand corner of the theme editor.
Select the language that you'd like to edit.
Edit the titles of the bottom nav bar.
Changes will save automatically.
Publish changes once you are ready to go live.
π‘ Pro Tip:
When translating to RTL languages, the order of the pages will automatically flip.
D) Translating products & collections
In order to translate product & collections, you will need to translate them within Shopify using a 3rd party translation tool that leverages the Shopify language API.
We currently support the following 3rd party translation tools:

Once you have set-up the translations in Shopify using a 3rd party tool, they will automatically sync with the app.
E) Translating the rest of the app
Our team will translate the rest of the app for you using a professional 3rd party translation service.
