In order to launch an app on the Apple App Store you require an Apple developer account registered as an organisation. Detailed instructions on how to set-up an Apple developer account can be found below.

Launch the latest version of the Apple Developer App on an iPhone or an iPad (you must use the same device for the entire enrolment process).

Tap the Account tab.

Sign in with your Apple ID. This can be different than the Apple ID signed in to your device, but must have two-factor authentication turned on.

If prompted, review the Apple Developer Agreement and tap Agree.

Tap Enrol Now.

Review the program benefits and requirements and tap Continue.

Enter your personal information and organisation’s information. A full breakdown of the information you need to provide to register as an organisation can be found in the Apple Developer Registration Guide.

​NOTE: You will need a D-U-N-S Number if registering as an organisation. These unique nine-digit numbers are assigned by Dun & Bradstreet and are widely used as standard business identifiers. You can look yours up and request one for free.

After you’ve submitted your information, it will be reviewed by Apple. You’ll then receive an email with next steps.

Open your developer account.

Ensure that you are registered as an organisation.

Click ‘People’ and then click ’Manage Users’.

Click the add button (+).

In the dialog that appears, enter the following details:

Under Roles, select Admin.

Click Invite.

Sign into your developer account.

Click ’Contact Us’ on the left hand menu.

Click ‘Membership and Account’.

Click ’Program Enrolment’.

Click ’Email’.

Type the following: "I'd like to convert my account from Individual to Organisation."

Click ‘Submit’.
